Kari Fragnoli has worked in a variety of management roles across several industries, including design, photography, hospitality, marketing, and association management with extensive experience in meeting and event planning, project management, training, and coaching. She has collaborated with professionals in corporate, nonprofit, and startup environments over a career that spans more than two decades. Her passion for guiding people to a better understanding of their innate talents has helped her find a niche within Digible’s Employee Experience Team, where she helps inspire others to align their work and professional relationships for optimal results and see their true potential. Kari’s enthusiasm, intuition, knowledge, and ability to help address challenges and solutions for lasting impact have been key drivers in her work. As a Certified Meeting Planner and Project Management Professional, Kari became a Kolbe Certified Consultant in 2023 and has been using the Kolbe suite of assessments to help individuals and teams optimize their communication and collaboration.
Kari earned her Bachelor of Science from Kent State University with a major in hospitality management and marketing. She is also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP); Certified in Meeting Management (CMM); Kolbe Certified Consultant and PTA Board of Directors President (2022-2023)
When she’s not helping Digible’s staff reach their highest potential, this Cleveland native and die-hard Browns fan can often be found shuttling around her three extremely active children. In the spaces between carpools, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and hitting some of Colorado’s scenic trails with her sweet pooch, Benjie, who is arguably her favorite family member.
