Digible is a motley crew of energetic industry professionals who all share a passion for a common purpose: to transform the apartment marketing industry. We’re invested in our work, in our clients, and in each other. We’re problem-solvers and life-long learners and any other hyphenated traits that make us sound impressive and inspiring. And humble. So very humble.
We’re ready and willing to take on the toughest of challenges in order to get the best results for our clients. But we’re also happy to just hang out and enjoy one another’s company...and maybe a tasty beverage or two. Either way, we’re all in, all the time.

Nicole Staley is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Client Services of Digible, Inc. Nicole has dedicated the past thirteen years to fostering client relationships, driving marketing campaign optimizations, and growing & building teams. In 2021 she was recognized as Adweek's Fastest-Growing Women-Led Agencies, as well as being a Top WorkPlace award winner in Colorado.
Nicole is passionate about empowering future leaders and is currently an Advisory Board Member for the University of Colorado, Boulder - Leeds School Customer Experience Program. She is enthusiastic about fitness and spending time outdoors, recently completing her first 50 mile ultra event. Nicole actively volunteers for organizations such as Spark the Change Colorado and Food for Thought Denver.
David Staley is the Co-Founder and President of Digible, Inc. David has dedicated the past 15 years to building businesses from the ground up at 3 start-up companies and leading digital strategy and partnership initiatives for Hearst, Verizon and Digital First Media. David entered the Multifamily world in 2014 and hasn't looked back. He has worked with the largest multifamily portfolios in the industry to develop digital solutions that drive leasing velocity and increase NOI. He’s been recognized for the 2021 Top Workplace Awards, AdWeek’s Fastest Growing Company, and held the Guinness Book of World Records for Greatest Distance Run on a Treadmill in 12 Hours. He is currently training to claim the Guinness World Record for fastest 100 miles on a treadmill.
David is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics and is passionate about supporting mission-minded organizations for underprivileged youth.
Reid Wicoff is the Co-Founder and CEO of Digible, Inc. Reid has dedicated the past 20 years to digital media, organizational change, leadership development, and enterprise strategy. He’s held senior leadership positions at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Cox Media Group, Digital First Media, and CBS Radio. Reid is recognized for the 2021 Top WorkPlace Award, Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agency of 2021, and the Guiness Book of World Records for the Shortest Distance on a Treadmill in 12 hours.
Reid is passionate about mental and physical health, music, creative writing, and spending time with his family. He actively volunteers for organizations such as Spark the Change Colorado, Food for Thought, The Humane Society, Special Olympics Colorado, and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Reid developed a pseudonymous blog called Sales Smack that was featured in the the New York Times in 2018. The same year, he moved abroad to Malaga, Spain to write the book. Instead, he became a Spanish wine connoisseur and tapas aficionado.
David Lerchbacher, aka Lerch, is the Chief Data Officer of Digible, Inc. and leads data strategy and operations of data engineering, data science, and analytics / BI for tech products and the enterprise. Lerch joined the Digible team in June 2019. Prior to that, he spent 19 years working in finance, marketing analytics, marketing operations & strategy, customer analytics and consumer insights across the retail/ecommerce, media, and agency sectors.
David graduated from the University of Mount Union with a B.A. in Business Administration focusing on Finance and minoring in Economics. In his spare time, David enjoys exercising, golfing, gardening, and spending time with his family including volunteer baseball and football coaching.
David is inspired by those who find confidence in taking different paths or doing things in unconventional ways. "Two roads diverged in a wood and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." - Robert Frost
David is passionate about developing systems and processes that aggregate and clean various types of data to draw valuable insights and predict meaningful outcomes.
Victor is a fearless technical leader with more than a decade of working in the field of software engineering, both as an individual contributor and leader. Victor's past times include learning every day, working out, and enjoying life to the fullest.
Adam Walters is the Director of Paid Media at Digible, Inc. and leads our Paid Media Department. Adam joined the team in November 2017. Prior to that, he worked on both the agency and client side of digital marketing in Chicago and Denver.
Adam graduated with a B.S. in Policy Analysis from Indiana University in 2011 (Go Hoosiers), but his most prestigious accomplishment is taking home the "Most Likely to Solve a Problem Using a Spreadsheet" award at the 2021 DigiAwards.
In his spare time, Adam loves to get outdoors and spend time on the lake with his wife and 3 kids.
Adam is dedicated to improving marketing performance where it matters most and ensuring that our digital marketing campaigns align with our client's business objectives.
