Onboarding

Our first step is to safely and securely gather the login deets for your CRM and your GMB listing. We also make sure we have your correct contact info on file. From there, we link everything into an automated review platform with the help of our partners at Opiniion.

Review Generation

Once we’re fully integrated into your CRM, we proactively reach out to your residents to ask for their feedback. Those who respond are prompted to leave a rating (fingers crossed for five stars!) and those who don’t will receive a follow-up a few days later.

Review

We reply to all reviews—both positive and negative, public and private—within two business days. Our custom response templates are designed to reflect your brand voice and values and to let residents know that their opinions are being heard.

Notifications
