It is with great honor that Digible has been named the #1 Top Workplace of 2021 in Colorado for Small Businesses. The Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Beginning in 2021, in tandem with Fiona Forward, Digible’s company-wide community engagement and volunteering initiative, we launched various virtual masterclasses, including candle making and yoga, to help employees stay connected. Additionally, to support our employees’ health and wellbeing, we supplied fitness trackers for everyone to encourage daily movement along with access to Talkspace, which provides online counseling and therapy services.

In early 2021, we also launched DEX, the Digible Employee Experience program, which allows employees to pursue non-work passion projects or goals on company time. Starting with two hours per week in February, this program will expand to a full day every week beginning in 2022.
