Since we first opened our doors, one of our primary goals as an agency has always been to advance the world of apartment marketing. Our aim is to create tools and resources that help accelerate the sometimes slow to adapt space we occupy in the digital universe. Our ad tech product Fiona came first. Then followed a steady stream of blog posts, case studies, and podcasts, as well as an ever-expanding list of custom service options.     

However, after a recent audit of all of our many offerings, we realized that something was missing. Something that has the potential to elevate the level of discourse surrounding multifamily housing. Something that is capable of enhancing our collective understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors. Something that just might be powerful enough to transform all that we know about the apartment industry. 

That special something? A comic strip, of course.   

The team at Digible is happy to introduce What Now?!, the fictional (but sometimes true to life) tales of a much put upon property manager named Cameron. Together with her dog Meatball, her turtle Hummus, and a motley assemblage of colleagues and stakeholders, Cameron runs Cedar Ridge — an apartment community located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. 

In addition to this fictitious property, Cameron also runs into more than her fair share of mishaps and misadventures in both her career and her life. Curious about how the whole slew of shenanigans will unfold? Check back each week to discover the latest reason why Cameron must once again ask herself, “what now?!”
