Jenny brings 7 years of digital marketing experience across various verticals and channels, four years of management experience and five years of multifamily marketing experience to her position at Digible.
Before entering the multifamily space, Jenny worked in performance-based digital marketing for Fortune 500 clients across various industries including retail, ecommerce, CPG, education, travel & tourism, and financial services. Jenny sits as an advisory board member for the Women in Leadership program at The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Jenny is passionate about building high performing teams and instilling a culture of collaboration, empathy and achievement. She leads through the power of active listening and emotional intelligence and believes these skillsets can help leaders build trust, problem solve, and foster a positive team culture.
She is also a proponent of data-driven decision making and utilizing data to make informed and strategic decisions for internal teams and external clients. Jenny believes the power of data in business decisions is limitless and has helped Digible’s paid media department stay efficient in our workflow, identify areas of opportunity as well as set and achieve goals.
Jenny earned a Bachelor’s of Art in public relations with a marketing minor from Gonzaga University.
In her free time, Jenny loves staying active through hot yoga (shoutout Corepower), getting outside with her husband, cooking a new recipe and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid sports watcher, and die hard Gonzaga Basketball and Green Bay Packers fan. Fun fact: Jenny owns Packers stock!
