Grace brings over six years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background spanning client services, SEO, and cross-functional process design. She is currently on Digible’s Operations team, where she leads the Shared Services initiative—focused on building scalable systems, improving delivery efficiency, and enabling teams to do their best work.
Grace began her career at Digible as a Digital Marketing Intern and progressed through Client Services as an Account Coordinator and Account Manager, developing deep expertise in client management and campaign optimization. In 2023, she transitioned to the SEO team as an SEO Analyst, specializing in local SEO for the multifamily industry. This blend of client-facing and technical experience informs her current work in operations, where she drives alignment and standardization across the very teams she has worked so closely with.
She is particularly passionate about collaboration and human-first solutions—using data, process, and empathy to solve problems at their root and make complex concepts more accessible.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Denver, with minors in Leadership Studies, Psychology, and Spanish, and received an Honors Program Distinction in Marketing.
She is a recipient of the Digible Got Your Back Award (2021), Digible Rockstar Award (2022), and Digible Nomad Award (2023).
Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, and eating her way through Brooklyn, where she lives. A longtime lover of good snacks and good company, she’s still proudly known as the former Snackmaster of the Digible office.
