At Digible, she partners cross-functionally to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, bringing structured coordination, thoughtful communication, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.
Her background includes experience in agency recruiting, human resources operations, staffing management, and customer-facing roles across multiple industries. This breadth of experience has shaped Aili’s ability to adapt recruiting and people practices that support both individual growth and organizational success.
Aili has been recognized for her impact and collaboration, earning Digible’s Culture Connector Award (2025), achieving Top Producer status at Emerge Staffing in Q1 2024, and receiving Dean’s List honors during her academic career.
She is passionate about building inclusive workplace cultures and positive employee experiences, leveraging strong communication skills, collaboration, and recruiting operations expertise to support teams and individuals alike.
Aili earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, grounding her work in a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
Outside of work, Aili is passionate about mental health advocacy, education, and environmental sustainability. She enjoys spending time outdoors reconnecting with nature, relaxing at home with her cat, or heading out dancing when the mood strikes.
