Before joining the multifamily industry, Melissa worked in startup tech and higher education and brings over 5 years of deep diving into the exciting world of people operations and talent acquisition, mastering the art of bringing awesome and talented people into collaborative, impactful, and driven teams and ensuring they have fun along the way. Her superpowers include being the go-to people partner, orchestrating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, managing ATS/HRIS systems, rocking full-cycle recruiting, handling benefits and leave administration, crafting insightful reports, and building processes to make sure everything runs smoothly for employees.
Melissa is passionate about crafting unforgettable journeys for both candidates and employees, championing work/life balance, and advocating for vibrant company cultures where every individual can thrive.
