What to Expect in Our Interview Process
Thank you for your interest in joining Digible! We take pride in offering a transparent and professional recruitment process. Below is a guide of what you can expect during our interview process.
Initial Application Review
- After submitting your application, our recruitment team will review your resume and qualifications.
- If your experience aligns with the position, you will receive an email from a Digible official email ([email protected]) to schedule the next steps.
Phone Screening
- This will be a 20-30 minute phone conversation with one of our recruiters, where we will discuss your experience, qualifications, and interest in the role.
- This will ALWAYS be conducted via phone and never using apps such as WhatsApp.
In-depth Interviews
- Depending on the role, candidates will be invited to participate in more in-depth interviews following the phone screen.
- These interviews may be with hiring managers, team members, or department heads.
Official Communication
- All communication will come from an official Digible email.
- You will never be asked to communicate through unofficial channels (such as social media platforms)
What We Will Never Ask You
- We will NEVER ask you for money at any stage of the hiring process.
- We will NEVER ask you for your personal banking information, credit card details, or social security number during the interview process.
- We will NEVER ask you to purchase equipment or other materials as part of your job offer.
- We will NEVER make a job offer without an official interview process.
