Kathleen has taken a road less traveled in her career journey, and utilizes the various skills acquired to further enhance her leadership and technical skills in digital marketing. Starting her career as a professional ballet dancer, Kathleen learned the importance of physical and mental discipline, as well as performance skills she has used in various public speaking opportunities.
Her career then pivoted into middle school education for 5 years where Kathleen worked to teach all subjects in her classroom, but specializing in math, science, and dance. Through COVID, Kathleen taught dance to k-8th grade students from the (dis)comfort of her apartment’s kitchen, and learned useful skills for inspiring the masses, even in hard times. To this day, she prides herself on being a positive presence, both in and out of the office.
In addition to owning her side business, Kathleen has a trademark and owns the exclusive right to name a coaster of any textile with a scannable code, “Codester.” Kathleen is also the 2016 Ohio Rose, and served as an ambassador for the state of Ohio to the country of Ireland, where she participated in the 2016 Rose of Tralee International Festival in Tralee, Ireland. Since this achievement, Kathleen received 2016 Ohio’s Finest Young Citizen award, and the mayor of Westlake Ohio declared Kathleen O’Donnell Day on October 16th, 2016.
Kathleen found her passion for digital marketing in 2020 when she launched her side business selling custom coasters and other personalized crafts. Since then, she has dove into digital marketing strategies, managing teams of people and running hundreds of successful paid and organic marketing campaigns. She is very excited to master the nuances of multifamily, build relationships with all clients, and use her skills from all experiences to make data driven decisions resulting in successful campaigns
Graduating from University of Cincinnati, Kathleen earned a BS in Middle School Education in Math and Science while also being a part of the Honors Program.
Kathleen holds a GA4 Certification Google, and certificates for the Foundations of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce.
When not strategizing on campaigns, Kathleen can be found reading a fantasy book, obsessing over a new board game, working with her husband on DIY house projects (bathrooms are next!), cuddling her two cats, or exploring the great Rocky Mountains on a beautiful sunny day with her friends and family. Kathleen also has aspirations of writing a children’s book, using her cat, Cheddar Cheese, as the muse.
