Erica brings a total of 13 years of marketing and communication experience and 3.5 years of multifamily industry experience. Before the multifamily industry, Erica planned and executed creative content marketing strategies for various industries such as travel and tourism, non-profit, entertainment, hospitality, and small women-owned businesses.
Erica is a creative marketing communications professional who is passionate about brand storytelling and content strategy for various mediums, such as social media, copywriting, long-form e-guides, and video production to inspire, engage, and educate audiences.
Erica received her Bachelor of Arts in business communication and graphic design and a minor in journalism from the City University of New York, Baruch College, and an Associates Degree in liberal arts from the State University of New York, Orange County. She sat on the Associate Board of Directors for the Colorado Symphony from 2019-2020.
When not working, Erica volunteers with Denver Food Rescue and the Denver Public Library to support initiatives to alleviate food scarcity and improve literacy programs. In her free time, she enjoys dabbling in a variety of crafts, exploring the outdoors, overcommitted in several book clubs, or planning her next international travel adventure.
