Devik Lansing

Devik Lansing brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, with expertise in executive partnership, organizational design, and operational excellence. She spent over a decade at Intuit, advancing into senior leadership roles as Chief of Staff and Director of Technical Program Management, where she led global teams, drove strategic planning, and guided large-scale organizational transformations.

Since then, Devik has held multiple Chief of Staff roles at venture-backed technology companies, supporting rapid scale, M&A due diligence, and significant operational change. She also founded and led Lansing Consulting Group, advising executives on leadership development, cross-functional alignment, and scaling operations.

Devik is recognized for her ability to bridge technical and operational functions, strengthen company culture, and build high-performing leadership teams. She thrives in dynamic environments of change and growth, ensuring organizations scale with clarity, cohesion, and purpose.

Beyond her professional roles, Devik serves as Co-President of the Sudbury Educational Resource Fund (SERF), where she leads its annual College Fair and fundraising initiatives that support innovative public school programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a secondary concentration in English from Smith College and is a member of the Chief of Staff Association.

Outside of work, Devik enjoys gardening—particularly roses, vegetables, and herbs—canning, volunteering in her local schools, and competing in epic water and Nerf gun battles with her husband and son.
