She began her professional journey with a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Texas Woman’s University, followed by a career in nursing, where she gained deep insights into patient care and the healthcare system. Her passion for teaching led her to earn a Master’s in Education from Texas A&M-Commerce and move into clinical education, where she excelled in communication, curriculum design, and training.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Carly discovered a new path in digital marketing—combining her analytical thinking and empathetic communication style to help clients grow their businesses through data-driven paid media strategies. Over the past three years, she has worked at a hospitality-focused agency, where she specialized in managing paid media channels and developing impactful, ROI-driven campaigns.
Carly thrives on building strong client relationships, translating complex ideas into clear strategies, and leveraging her diverse experience to drive meaningful results.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys reading, baking, and traveling with her family. In 2024, she and her family founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mobility equipment to families with children who have physical challenges—a cause close to her heart and a reflection of her continued commitment to making a difference.
