Maya brings over four years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and SEO, including more than two years in the multifamily space. She specializes in building, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and paid social, always keeping lead quality and long-term performance at the center of her approach.

Her experience includes supporting paid media initiatives across multiple property portfolios and asset types, partnering closely with account managers, creative teams, and operations partners to improve campaign performance and drive stronger leasing outcomes. Maya’s background spans campaign analytics, performance optimization, and cross-channel strategy, allowing her to translate data into meaningful, actionable improvements.

Known internally for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and support of high-performing client campaigns, Maya is passionate about building data-driven paid media strategies that directly support leasing and revenue goals—because clicks alone aren’t the goal. Her skill set includes Google Ads strategy, campaign optimization, keyword and audience analysis, conversion tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Maya studied Business Analytics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Arizona, bringing a strong analytical foundation to her marketing work.

Outside of work, Maya enjoys spending time with her dog, going on long morning walks (no matter the temperature), and training for her next race—she recently completed a half marathon and plans to keep going. She also loves traveling, exploring new cities, and prioritizing health, wellness, and continuous personal growth.
