With over a decade of professional experience and six years dedicated to digital marketing, Carolyn brings a strong foundation in data analysis, strategic thinking, and client partnership to every campaign. Her career has been shaped by leading large-scale digital initiatives—particularly in the hotel and hospitality industry—where she has consistently driven measurable results through thoughtful, performance-focused strategy.
Before entering the multifamily space, Carolyn built a versatile background across tech and SaaS, healthcare marketing, and corporate hotel revenue management. Her journey also includes hands-on experience at eight hotels around the world, giving her a global perspective and a deep appreciation for the guest and client experience. That diverse foundation ultimately led her to her true passion: digital marketing.
Carolyn is especially passionate about leadership and team development, having helped guide individuals in their careers while improving processes and building lasting client relationships. Her approach balances analytical rigor with a collaborative spirit—always aiming to elevate performance through strategy, growth, and refinement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
