Her industry experience spans production agriculture, financial services, HR and payroll software, commercial cleaning and franchise ownership, engineering and consulting, manufactured homes, tax software, parks and recreation equipment, and more.
A proud Iowa State University alum with a degree in Agricultural Communications, Johnna’s passion for storytelling and strategy is deeply rooted—literally. Growing up on a dairy farm, she has a natural connection to production agriculture and a strong appreciation for the journey from farm to table.
Johnna is known for her strategic leadership, creative problem-solving, and collaborative spirit. She’s adept at using data-driven insights to deliver measurable results for both B2B and B2C organizations and excels in aligning marketing strategy with sales support and organizational goals. Her leadership style is grounded in team empowerment and cross-functional collaboration.
She has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation’s Dubuque, Iowa chapter, contributing her knowledge and passion to the broader marketing community.
Outside of work, Johnna enjoys spending time with her eight energetic nieces and nephews—whether it’s a day at the park, pool, or movie theater. She’s an avid reader and an enthusiastic traveler who’s always on the lookout for new restaurants and unforgettable experiences.
