Kat Merritt

With five years of experience in paid media and marketing, Kat has built a dynamic career working across industries and renowned brands. She began as a Marketing & Social Media Manager at Gold Feather Press, a local publishing company in her hometown, before making the leap to Chicago to join Starcom Worldwide.

As a Paid Media Senior Associate, she managed campaigns for major Kellogg’s brands like Rice Krispie Treats, Morningstar Farms, and Club Crackers, contributing to award-winning campaigns, including a Media Agency of the Year recognition and an Effie Award for Kellogg’s/Starcom.

After relocating to Austin, TX, Kat transitioned into the multifamily industry as a Paid Media Specialist at RPM Living, where she discovered a passion for this niche. Eager to expand her expertise, she joined Digible to continue driving digital innovation through data-driven marketing, creative strategy, and social media engagement.

Kat holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a Minor in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Global French certification. During college, she was actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, a value she carries into her professional life.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys crafting, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
