Emerald Park was a redevelopment luxury apartment community located in Panama City, Florida. This property with 116 units was originally built in the early 2000s with 5 buildings named “Villas at Suncrest” and changed ownership, hence the need for a strategic rebrand.

99 Problems But a Website Shouldn’t Be One
Time Equities approached us in April of 2023 seeking an improved website user experience and overall higher-quality design and layout for a rebranded lease-up property. His vision was to have a splash page with a more high-end design and feel, and showcase the renderings in an aesthetically pleasing way to communicate a more “luxurious” brand to attract future residents.
And we made that vision come to life.
Not having a website that clearly articulates a property’s appeal, such as floor plans, amenities, and location in a visual way nor an emphasis on the “new build” aspect of the property can lead to confusion for prospective renters, causing them to leave the website and creates additional work for the on-site team to meet lead to lease goals.

We hit the ground running when we heard of Time Equities website dilemma. In a matter of 3 days, we provided the first look at his splash page, and went live within 30 days and a full website a few months down the road once pertinent property information was provided.
New Website. New Brand.
We produced a new website that exemplified luxury living, unique property features, and sparkling new amenities with clarity and cohesion to generate qualified leads for the lease-up property.
So Fresh. So Clean.
The previous website, Villas at Suncrest required a fresh, updated design, rebrand, new assets, and experienced slow page speed. With some website wizardry, we increased the Core Web Vitals score to 97 for desktop. That’s lightning fast.
One Re-Direction
We provided a redirect for the old “Villas at Suncrest” website to the new Emerald Park site for the complete rebrand strategy for the website and support SEO strategy since two websites with two different brands is not an optimal branding strategy and cause poor user experience for apartment seekers.
Final Website Product
Once provided with assets and pertinent property information, the full website and pages were completed within 120 days.
Website Design & Performance Results
After the successful launch of the splash page (30 days) and then the full website launch we saw a Core Web Vitals score of 87 on mobile, and 97 on desktop and a healthy score of engagement time and conversions, seeing high conversions shortly after the splash page and full website went live (July and December respectively) while keeping in mind the seasonality in the rental housing industry.
