What is the timeline for Digible to Offer Websites?

We will be “soft launching” websites at the end of the year to seek out eligible clients for projects in Q1 of 2023.  

What website services will be offered by Digible?

We will begin by offering website redesigns and new site creations for individual properties, as well as “splash pages” for lease-ups. Additional offerings such as portfolio websites, website optimizations, and more will be offered in the future.  

What special features and integrations will be available from Digible?

Here is a list of our differentiating features that will be included when we soft launch:

• Content: Copyediting (spelling and grammar check), banners for specials, and a complimentary fair housing audit.
• Optimization: Page speeds of less than 2 seconds, monthly security updates, and baseline search engine optimization at launch.
• Integrations and Features: Realtime floor plan pricing and availability, “schedule a tour” form & contact form integration with your PMS/CRM, and Instagram feeds.
• Customer Experience: Monthly maintenance and support, personal CMS training session (optional), multi-site dashboard (allows you to have 1 login to access all your sites), and hosting.

What will pricing of apartment websites look like?

We are still figuring out our pricing plans, but early adopters (clients who sign up for websites in Q4 2023) will get up to 50% off our normal pricing.

Will you have website templates?

Kind of! We will have a library of hundreds of different sections and modules with different layouts so that we can piece them together to create a unique aesthetic for each website. We like to call this a “Mr. Potato Head” approach – lots of parts to choose from, and unique ways of assembling them.

What’s the Digible Difference?

1. Easy editing experience for both developers and non-developers
   Our websites will utilize a visual editing interface and allow you to update the content anywhere on the site. But if you don’t have the time to do edits yourself, that’s no problem either! Our website packages will come with monthly support so you can send any requests to us.
2. Flexibility
   Just like your experience with other Digible digital marketing services, we won’t hold you to long-term contracts or charge high startup fees. We will offer payment options depending on your preference – monthly or annual. Plus, our product will allow more design flexibility than other web vendors with templated websites, without the hefty price tag of a custom site.
3. Real-time pricing and availability
   Real-time data feeds from systems such as RentCafe, Entrata, MRI, ResMan, RealPage, and Appfolio.
